Bob is the founder and Managing Partner of Fazzi Associates, one of the oldest and largest home care and hospice consulting, training, outsourcing, benchmarking and research firms. Bob is a nationally recognized speaker, author, futurist and change expert. He is widely published in trade journals and the author of a number of books including Management Plus™, published by McGraw Hill and named a main selection on Fortune Magazine’s Book of the Month Club. He has been Director or Co-Director of many of Fazzi’s national studies including serving as lead researcher for Fazzi’s four best practice National State of the Home Care and Hospice Industry studies. He has provided organizational, planning and change services to home care agencies, hospices, associations and a broad range community based health care systems for over forty years. Most of all, Bob is zealous about making a real difference in health care by strengthening the quality, value and impact of home care, hospice and community based services.

As an online student, participants will participate in eight weekly course modules. Each module is guided by the course instructor and includes a combination of videos, handouts, activity sheets, group discussions, case scenarios, as well as live instruction. Students participate in a variety of activities, case scenarios, and readings as part of the weekly module segments. Attendees are not required to participate at specific times and dates, but rather may complete the weekly modules at their convenience. Each weekly module takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. Any live bonus sessions conducted during the 8-week course will be recorded and posted for later viewing should attendees not be able to attend the live sessions. Following the course, all participants who successfully complete all eight modules receive a Certification in Home Health and Hospice Supervision.
