Gina is a Partner at Fazzi Associates and the National Director of Regulations and Compliance which includes OASIS and Compliance Audit and Training Services, Hospice HIS audit services, HHCAHPS, Hospice CAHPS, and management trainings. She is a highly experienced home health and hospice executive who has previously served in a number of senior level positions in two of the largest hospital-based home care agencies in Massachusetts. She was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International, Honor Society of Nursing as a community leader for her leadership in the home health field and named the 2004 Manager of the Year by the Home & Health Care Association of Massachusetts.
