In our first session, we begin to build a foundation for OASIS D.  This includes:

  • Items removed or revised and implications
  • Risk adjustment and the calculation of outcomes in OASIS D
  • Comparison of data between home health care and other post-acute care settings: Long-term care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and inpatient rehabilitation facilities
  • Implication of new OASIS D Items
  • OASIS Q&As and OASIS D
  • GG0100 Prior Functioning: Every Day Activities
  • GG0110 Prior Device Use

Part 2 - Assessing Self-Care Abilities and Reporting of Falls

In Part 2, we begin discussion of the new OASIS D items.  This includes:
